Annette Elder

 

Annette has more than 17 years' experience in the field of human rights, immigration, nationality and asylum law. She meets the LSC Advanced Caseworker and Supervisor standards. She has been the solicitor with conduct of numerous asylum and immigration applications, appeals (up to and including appeals to the Court of Appeal and the House of Lords), judicial review applications and damages claims. Annette holds an LLM degree.
