UK Innovator Founder Visa

With a good business idea, you can come to the UK on an Innovator Founder visa, set up your own business, apply for settlement in 3 years and for British Citizenship in 5 years!

- Do I need to have at least £50,000 to invest in my business? No! But you will need to show that you will have enough money to invest for your business to survive and grow.

- Can I bring my family with me? Yes! You can bring your partner and dependent children. 

- Do I need to know English? Yes! At least CEFR Level 2. For example, score 5.5 in IELTS for UKVI (General Training). 

- How long is the visa for? 3 years at a maximum.

- Can I extend this visa? Yes! There is no limit on how many times you can extend this visa.

- Can this visa lead to settlement?  Yes, it can! You may be able to apply for settlement once you have been in the UK for 3 years. 

- Can this visa lead to citizenship? Yes, it can! You may be able to apply for British Citizenship once you have been in the UK for 5 years. 

- Who decides if my business idea is good enough? An endorsing body. Endorsing bodies are some organisations authorised by the UK government to consider your business plan and decide if it is good enough.
